It seems that I was wrong regarding a double episode tomorrow. Only episode 9 will air tomorrow and then the next week episode 10 of code geass r2 will air.

We can tell that everyone is still alive, so I guess no one died from the gunshot finale from Season 1… Also a few new characters are introduced into the series.
